Took my mum to Summer Salt on the June long weekend for lunch. As always the service was amazing. We started with the entree tasting plate - incredible!! Highlight was the Zucchini flower and the Wagyu and pork cheek. We ordered the beet and feta salad yum! Also the seafood pie, which was good, but after trying Rick Stein’s famous Seafood pie it was not even near the same level. The standout dish of the day was the Dessert! WOW! All the elements of the dish were perfect. I’m not a big dessert person but this was incredible. Look forward to my next visit!
